The Infinity Card system includes web-based reporting for merchants, as well as the ability for cardholders to check their card balance online.
Merchants:
Merchants can access transaction and cardholder balance summary and detail information 24/7 on the Internet. Merchants have the ability to access specific data through search parameters, or access all of their data at once. Plus, merchants can choose to view their data online, create a formatted printable report, or download the data into a common file format (.csv) which allows the merchant to develop their own reports utilizing programs such as Microsoft Access or Excel.
Merchants with multiple terminals/locations can utilize the reporting system to view terminals/location specific information, and also reconcile location to location transfer payments via the online reporting system.

Cardholders:
Cardholders have access to their balances online, through a link on the Infinity Card web site, or directly from the merchants own site. The Infinity Card support team can supply the necessary web code to allow merchants to create their own 'Check your Card Balance' functionality on the merchant's web page. To test the cardholder balance system, click here, and enter the number "604399040000" when prompted.
